Mr. Joseph Dudash - 5 - April 25, 2001
This page is submitted with this response.
/7. Monitoring point table page 85 shows a flow rate of 50 cubic feet per second for the
3/29/99 sample of location TC-west. This appears to be a misprint. Please revise if you
agree. Also, please explain why there is no full suite analyses for TC-West, even though
all quarterly field parameters show flow.
Due to the remote location of TC-west, this point will no longer be reported. A corrected
page is submitted with this response. A typographical error (0.98 instead of 0.48 as the
depth of water at the measuring point) was found in the database causing this abnormally
high flow.
1999 Annual Mine Inflow Renort
The 2000 Annual Mine Inflow Report includes pond evaporation losses of 2.0 acres per yeaz.
T'he consumptive use is less than the estimated consumptive use of 234.6 acre-feet.
• 1999 Annual Subsidence Report
No response required.
Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding this submission with copies of
all written correspondence sent to Mr. Wm.
