In order to have four quarters <br />to compare with the 1995 the baseline water quality <br />data will include the 4th quarter of 1990 and the <br />1st, 2nd, and 3rd quarters of 1991. <br />In the 4th quarter of 1995 a revised monitoring <br />schedule went into effect, under TR-06. This new <br />schedule eliminated the need for the company to <br />monitor station BW-1 in the 4th quarter of 1995. <br />For purposes of comparison with the baseline water <br />quality data from 1991, the fourth quarter of 1994 <br />will be included along with the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd <br />quarters of 1995. Under TR-06 the requirements for <br />testing changed from the need to test water quality <br />to only the water level. <br />The first quarter of 1995 was recorded as dry for <br />station BW-1. <br />20 <br />
