Spring Water Monitoring Station
(a) Monitoring Schedule (post TR-06):
(i) Spring and seep surveys in April or May -
record field parameters for springs with
measurable flow - full suite list 1 required
for springs with flow over 5 gpm - field
parameters on springs that had more than 5 gpm
flow in the fall.
(b) Monitoring station SP-6 began to be monitored in the
1st quarter of 1991 on 3/13. In the 3rd quarter of
1991 the flow was recorded as a pool. In the 4th
quarter of 1991 the spring was recorded as dry, but
having a pH of 7.8 and a conductivity of 1700. The
full suite list one was taken once in 1991. The
1991 data will serve as the baseline water quality
data since there is no data provided prior to 1991.
All quarters of 1995 were recorded dry but the
second quarter which was recorded as damp and having
a stagnant pool. No full suite list or field
parameters were taken in 1995.
Water Quality Data:
Baseline Data 1995 Data
Max Min Max Min
Flow (cfs) DRY DRY
Flow (gpm) 1.8 DRY
pH 8.2 7.6
Conductivity 4050 1700
T.
