1
1
1
Normal dewatering of Sedimentation Pond MB #2 occurs via an underdrain
system in the bottom of the pond. The underdrain flows into the outlet
control tower of the pond. All discharges from MB #2 occurred through the
normal dewatering outlet at discharge point 004. Analyses, as required
under NPDES Permit CO-0038776, show monitoring results from the discharge
from Sedimentation Pond MB #2 at Outfall 004 and are presented below. No
exceedences of the NPDES effluent limitations occurred during this quarter
from this outfall.

Parameter
Flow
Total Suspended Solids
Total Iron
pH
Oil and Grease
Conductivity
Frequency Minimum Average Maximum
Weekly 0.8 MGD --- 1.5 MGD
Monthly --- --- 6.4 MG/L
Monthly --- --- 0.34 MG/L
Weekly --- --- 7.4 SU
Weekly ----no visible sheen ----
Monthly --- --- 285 umhos/cm
IThere was only one week during the quarter during which Sedimentation Pond
MB #2 discharged.
