1 Surface Water Discharges <br />There were no surface water discharges from Sedimentation Pond Outfalls 001, <br />' 002, 003, 005, 006, or 008, 009, 010 or 011 during the period from January <br />1985 through March 1985. Treated effluent from the wastewater treatment <br />plant (Outfall 007) was discharged during the period. Discharges also <br />occurred from Outfall 004 which is the normal dewatering outlet from <br />Sedimentation Pond MB #2. <br />Analyses presented below show monitoring results required under NP DES Permit <br />1 No. CO-0038776 from discharges from the wastewater treatment plant. One <br />exceedence of the BOD, 5-day effluent limitation (BODS) and total suspended <br />' solids (TSS) limitation occurred during March.
