conveyor frames and rollers (no belt yet) from the reclaim tunnel (beneath the hoppers) to the
raw material storage building have also been installed. Construction of the underground dust
collection system on one of the truck dump hopper/reclaim tunnel designed to receive all the raw
materials except coal is in progress.
4. Raw Material Delivery and Handline Via Railcar -The two dump hoppers and
feeders used for the delivery of coal and gypsum/alumina/iron by rail and the associated reclaim
tunnel are largely completed. Construction of the partial structure in which the dump hoppers
will be enclosed is also underway. A belt conveyor frame and rollers from the reclaim tunnel
(beneath the hoppers) to a transfer tower east of the raw material storage building have been
installed. Belt conveyor frames and rollers leading from the transfer tower to the raw material
storage building have been installed. Construction of the belt conveyor leading from this transfer
tower to the gypsum limestone storage building has not yet started.
A partial belt conveyor frame and rollers for the reclamation of coal from the raw
material storage building has been installed. Eventually this belt conveyor will lead to a material
transfer tower that is can-ently under construction. Work remaining in this area includes
completion of a transfer tower and associated belt conveyors leading to the coal mill. Also,
structural, mechanical, and electrical work on these systems continues.
5. Gypsum and Limestone Stora¢e Building -The dump hopper, feeders, and
reclaim tunnel for reclaiming all of the gypsum and some limestone received via truck from the
on-site quarry (to be used for the limestone additions to the finish mill) is largely complete.
Construction of a transfer tower and associated belt conveyors leading to the gypsum limestone
bins in the finish mill is underway. Construction of the enclosed storage building for these
materials has not yet been completed other than concrete foundations and a short concrete
perimeter wall that will be used by a loader to push against during reclamation of these materials.
Structural, mechanical, and electrical work on all these systems continues.
6. Raw Material Storaee Buildine -The structure of the raw material storage
building has largely been completed including the tracks on which the longitudinal
stacker/reclaimer units will operate. This building will be equipped with one stacker unit and
two reclaimer units (one reclaimer for coal and the other for other raw materials). These units
are in the process of being installed and have been placed on the tracks but are not yet
completely functional. Mechanical and structural work on these systems continues.
Raw material reclaim belt conveyor frames and rollers leading from the raw
material storage building to a transfer tower west of the building have been installed. From this
transfer tower, belt conveyor frames and rollers leading to the raw material storage bins have
been installed. Four raw material storage bins (three active and one spare), other than for
limestone, have also been installed along with dust collection and weigh scales. As mechanical
and electrical work is ongoing on this system, it is not yet operational.
7. Vertical Raw Mill -Belt conveyor frames, rollers, and two transfer towers leading
from the raw material storage bins on the west side of the plant to the raw mill have been
installed. The dust collection system at the transfer towers has also been installed. A central bin
that accepts raw materials from the individual raw material bins and in turn feeds these materials
DN:32128119.2
