Permit No. M-84-099 , Annual Report for 1992 FEDERAL TAX ID# Our files indicate that the anniversary date for this permit is September 291h. Operations continued as approved in the permit and is in compliance with the Technical Revision of September, 1991 . /This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this year. The Financial Warranty for this operation is $73 , 000, the permitted area is 216. 81 ac. ± and the pit is divided into 2 Reclamation Phases. A sign that conforms with rule 6.7 Signs and Markers is in place at the entrance to the pit. Please refer to the Annual Report map for the location of areas discussed in this report. We will deal specifically with the Annual Report requirements as outlined in Rule 1. 15 of the Rules and Regulations, amended April, 1994 . (1) Mining continued in Phase 2 south of the river, this year. An area approximately 11 . 03 acres ± partially mined along the west and south sides of the south lake (tan) . The topsoil stripped from the area was stockpiled around the perimeter of the excavation on the south and east sides (brown) . In addition we have topsoil piles located around the disturbed area for use in reclamation later. We have 19 . 73 acres ± stripped ready for mining next year (cross hatched) .
