<br />On October 11, 1993 UTE Engineering and Surveying established a
<br />new slope stability monitoring station. This monument is located
<br />on the hillside below the fan structure. This monument is a #5
<br />rebar with a 2-inch aluminum cap - set in concrete. This station
<br />will be referred to as U-24. The values for U-24 are as follows:
