Findings of the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division <br />for Transfer of Ownership of <br />Foidel Creek Mine <br />Explanation of Findings <br />Pursuant to Rule 2.08.6(4) of the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, the Mined Land Reclamation Division must <br />make three written findings prior to the approval of a transfer of the rights <br />granted under any permit issued pursuant to the Act. <br />These findings are made based on information made available to the Division <br />that Twentymile Coal Company, the applicant, will operate in compliance with <br />the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation pct and the Regulations <br />promulgated pursuant to the Act. <br />1. The Division finds that the applicant will conduct the operations <br />covered by permit number C-83-056 in accordance with the requirements of <br />the Act and these Rules (Rule 2.08.6(4)(a)); <br />2. The applicant has submitted a performance bond in the amount of <br />$1,668,600.00 which is equivalent to the bond required of the original <br />owner (Rule 2.08.6(4)(b)); <br />3. The applicant will continue to conduct the operations involved in full <br />compliance with the terms and conditions of permit number C-83-056 <br />(Rule 2.08.6(4)(c)). <br />/ep <br />Doc.
