B1 runs from the metal-comer post on the southeast corner post <br />(Bo, Boo). Transects aze perpendiculaz/down slope and located at I5, 30, 45, 60, 75, and 90 (Bo; Boo). B2 runs along the western edge <br />of the smaller section of the slope and begins at the southwest corner post (Bo, BIZ). All metal corner posts aze mazked with aluminum <br />tags. Eridpoints of the transects aze mazked with wooden stakes. <br />Herbaceous Cover: Grass = 0.2% coverage. Forb = 20.6% coverage. Canada Thistle (Cirsium arvense) is the dominant cover on this <br />site and can be expected to spread until all bare ground is covered. <br />Comments: A number of volunteer Mountain Snowberry and Wood's Rose were observed within the sample plot. Browse occurred <br />on approximately 86% of the plants. Contiriued browse will result in future mortality on this unit. <br /> <br />18 <br />L • <br />
