July 8, 1992
Page 3
TCC Response
The levels were as follow:
May 30, 1990 = 342.6
Sept. 7, 1990 = 387.6
These data were entered under the wrong duplicate number and as such were not
retrieved during the report generation.
MLRD Concern
Alluvial Wells
1. The July sample for well 006-AW-2 is missing. Please explain this omission.
TCC Response
The "missing sample" was collected on July 17, 1990 and was mis-labeled as 008-
AW-2. As a result, the database did not recognize the analysis associated with this
sample and did not report it during the AHR generation. Please refer to the lab analysis
sheet from ACZ submitted with the C-81-071 AHR response showing all pertinent
information except for water depth, which was 8.0'.
MLRD Concern
2. Well 008-AV-1 has no readings after 4/90. Please explain this discrepancy.
TCC Response
The data were entered as comments as the probe indicated that the well was dry. As
the report generation does not retrieve comments for well 008-AV-1, only the date
and time were indicated. Subsequent data entry has alleviated the problem in terms
of comment reporting.
MLRD Concern
Surface Water
1) There are no water level readings for Site 304 for April, May, July, September.
Please explain this discrepancy.
