December when a value of 27 feet is reported. What is the cause of this <br />sudden increase in water level? <br />9. One of four full suite samples is missing. Why is the pH relatively high at this <br />well? What explains the June depth-to-water value of 400 feet? <br />10. TH-201; What does plugged at 22 feet mean? Is there an obstruction in the <br />well? If so, this should be repaired as necessary. <br />i 1. Why does the data as represented on table C-1.1 not directly correlate to the <br />data shown in tables A-78 and A-79? <br />Surface Water <br />1. The March visit for sites CCS-1, CCS-2, CHC-1, LCS-1, PRS-2, WCS-1 was <br />noted as missing. <br />2. On page 23, it is stated that "Maximum discharges from pond 002 occurred <br />in June when there were discharges averaging 251 gpm". But data from page <br />A-36 indicate discharges ranging from 80-95 gpm. Furthermore, data included <br />in Appendix A and Appendix B do not seem to correlate well at all.
