Please respond as appropriate, correct information as necessary, <br />and submit to the Division within 30 days of receipt of this letter. <br />General Comments. Questions. or Map Inconsistencies <br />1. Are GE-002 and GE-005 sites MDGE-1 and MDGE-2 respectively? If so, the text <br />and map (exhibit 1) should indicate the same name. <br />2. GE-003, GE-004, GE-045, NE-004, NE-005, NE-006, NE-007, NE-009, NE-033, GE- <br />77, TH-201, TH-202, TH-203 could not be found on the map. <br />3. MDNE-1 is spotted on the map but NE-OOIG is described. Labeling and <br />descriptions should be consistent. <br />4. Page 12 indicates NE-001 discharges directly to the river but is now the discharge <br />point for the UST cleanup activities. Does this water which is treated for <br />hydrocarbons not pass through Pond 7 before being discharged to the river? <br />5. PAW-5 is spotted twice on the map with different symbols. Which is correct? <br />6. The hexagonal symbol on the map is not described in the legend, yet stock ponds and <br />
