Such increased frequency shall also be <br />indicated. <br />(f) Oil and Grease Monilorine <br />For every out(all with oil and grease monitoring, in the event an oil sheen or floating oil is observed, a grab sample <br />shag be collected, analyred, and reported on We appropriate DMR In addition, corrective action shall be taken <br />immediately to mitigate the discharge of oil and grease. A description of the corrective action taken should be <br />included with the DMR. <br />2. Reporting of Data <br />Reporting of the data gathered in compliance with Part I.B.1 shall be on a monthly basis. Monitoring results shall be <br />summarved for month and reported on Division approved discharge monitoring report (DMR) forms (EPA form 3320- <br />1). The forms shall be mailed to the agencies listed below ro they are received oo later than the 28th day of the <br />following month. If no discharge oceurs during the reporting period, 'No Discharge' shall be reported. <br />The DMR forms consist of four pages -the top 'original' copy, and three attached noKarbon-required copies.
