The operator was asked to reformat the report. <br />Duplicate copies of the sedimentation and other purpose impoundment inspections were <br />provided under the section for Stock Tanks in the report. Stock Tank annual inspection reports <br />submitted with the report were not certified. The operator was asked to supply certified reports. <br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(c): A hydrologic report shall be submitted to the Division annually with the date <br />ofsubmittal determined in consultation with the permittee, The annual hydrologic report shall <br />contain at a minimum: <br />The report is in compliance with this rule. The report is to be submitted to the Division by April <br />1 following closure of the report year (Permit, page 4.05-11). The report was received in the <br />Division on Mazch 16, 2005. <br />Water monitoring requirements are identified on pages 4.05-11 through 4.05-14 of the permit. <br />There are two surface water-monitoring stations on Good Spring Creek (New Upper Good <br />Spring Creek station located upstream from mining activities, and Lower Good fipring Creek <br />station located below mining activities). There is one surface water-monitoring station on Taylor <br />Creek (Lower Taylor Creek below mining activities). There are two groundwater-monitoring <br />wells on Good Spring Creek (North Good Spring Well located downstream of raining activities <br />and the A6 well located upstream of mining activities). There is one alluvial monitoring well <br />(Gossard Well) located down gradient from the Gossard Coal Loadout facility. Data concerning <br />these wells is presented in Section 2 of the report.
