<br />No water has been encountered in mine operations since the <br />beginning of operations. <br />The monitoring plan to record water quality parameters in the five <br />alluvial wells was terminated due to the dry conditions encountered <br />in October 1984 with a minor revision. A sixth well, drilled into <br />the proposed refuse site was monitored until October 1985 and <br />dropped from the monitoring program in January 1986 due to dry <br />conditions experienced. <br />In conclusion, there are no groundwater hydrologic concerns at <br />/ present nor while the Munger Mine remains in temporary cessation. <br />- The operation is within compliance to its monitoring <br />program for groundwater <br />- The operation is within compliance to Section 2.3.9, <br />2.4.4 and 4.2 of Volume VI of their permit - Probable <br />Hydrologic Consequences <br />„ The Munger Mihe "is 'in general compliance with groundwater <br />hydrologic monitoring and reporting as of this review. <br />The operation remains in hydrologic compliance as this of this <br />review. <br />
