• Groundwater Protection <br />Groundwater will not be of f ected by the construction of the loadout facility as only <br />surface disturbance will take place at the site. No disturbance of the subsurface is <br />required or planned. <br />Water Rights Replacement <br />No water supply or water right will be affected by the TCC loadout operation. <br />Rehabilitation of Sedimentation Pond and Diversions <br />The sedimentation pond, the dugout pond and the diversion ditches will be removed, and <br />the sites will be reclaimed as set forth in this text. <br />Protection of Public Parks and Historical Places <br />No public parks are located within the facilities area; therefore, no public parks will be <br />affected by the proposed loadout facilities. Likewise, the facilities will not affect any <br />places included on or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. <br />• Subsidence Survey.
