• The design of the access road yard area is such that a coal truck
can turn around without backing up. Typically maintenance will be
performed only on unloaded trucks. However, on rare occasions, a
truck may break down with a load and therefore the access road
might be traveled by a loaded truck.
Coal Processing Waste and Non-Coal Processing Waste
TCC will be using only dry crushing and screening in preparation
for loadout; therefore, no waste products will result form the
operation.
Underground Development Waste
Since no coal will be mined at TCC, no underground development
waste will be produced.
Return of Coal Processing Waste to Abandoned Workings
Since coal will only be sized, no waste will result from the
operations of TCC.
• 2.05.4 Reclamation Plan
The reclamation objective of TCC will be to restore the surface
loadout area to the land use capability which will be equal to or
better than that which currently exists. The objective of all
reclamation practices will be to stabilize the soil by revegetation
and to restore the approximate pre-mining drainage configuration of
the area. In general the post disturbance appearance and
usefulness of the area will be similar to that present prior to the
disturbance of the area.
Final reclamation of the area disturbed by construction and use of
the facilities will be satisfied by the implementation of the
reclamation plan sequence described below.
Construction and Operation
> Removal and storage of the existing soil resources.
> Construction of the loadout facilities.
• 2.05 - 6R
Rev. 08-10-93
