10. Stock piled materials are only allowed during the effective time
of the contract and must be removed prior to the expiration
date.
11. See attached Reclamation Plan (Exhibit D) for stipulations on
topsoil stockpiling, slopes (3:1) and rehab of site (seed,
fertilizer, and application).
12. Recontouring of site will occur after contract material has been
removed. Contours will be at a minimum of 25 foot intervals
along the slopes. See Attachment.
