L <br />Productivity: <br />Herbaceous vegetative productivity of reclaimed areas must be 90% or <br />greater of reference area herbaceous vegetation productivity with 90% <br />statistical confidence. <br />• <br /> <br />Based on field studies conducted in 1990, 1993, and 1996, it appears that all revegetation success <br />standards were being met within the azeas sampled at that time. <br />Documentation regarding revegetation success will be provided in a Phase III Bond Release <br />application co be filed as soon as practicable following completion of the 10 yeaz liability period <br />in 1997. Routine mine and facility site inspections by MLRD staff over the last several years have <br />confirmed the generally successful nature of the revegetation program and lack of problems in this <br />regard.
