THE SOURCE TO WHICH THIS PERMIT APPLIES IS DESCRIBED AND LOCATED AS FOLLOWS:
Surface facilities for underground coal mine known as the M°Clane Canyon Mine located 20
miles north of Loma an Highway 139, Garfield County, Colorado.
THE SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT OR ACTIYI7Y SUBJECT TO THIS PERMIT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
Jeffrey 45 Flex Tooth uusher, 400 ton per hour, serial number 12480.

QUAIJTY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR POLLUTION PREVENTION AND
CONTROL ACTC.ItS. (25-7-101 et s , 70 THOSE GENERALTERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDED
IN THIS bOCUMENT AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Visible emissions shah not exceed twenty percent (20°k) opacity during nomlal operation of the
source. During periods of startup, process modificatwn, or adjustment of control equipment
vlsiae emissions shah not exceed 30% opacity for more than sa minutes in any sixty consecutive
minutes. Opacity shall be measured by EPA Method 9. (Reference: Regulation 1, Section
IIA'1.& 4.)
2. The permit number shall be marked on the subject equipment for ease of identification.
(Reference: Reg. 3, Part B, IV.E.) (State Doty enforceable)
3. This source is limited to the following maximum number of hours of operation. A l09 shall be
maintained on site Gsling the actual number of hours of operation per day, and shall be made
available upon request to the Division, Deity hours of operation shall be totaled each month.
Hours of operation shah not exceed 20 hours per day.
4. Emissions of air pollutants shall not exceed the following fimRations (as calculated in the Division's
preliminary analysis). Compliance with the annual limits shall be detemuned on a rolling (12)
month total. By the end of each nronth a new twelve month total is calculated based on the
previous tweve months' data. The permit holder shall calculate monthly emissions and keep a
compliance record on site for Division review. {Reference: Regulation 3, part B, III.A4)
