Written notification of opacity observation or monitor demonstrations shall be <br />submitted to the Division as required under § 60.7. <br />e. These limits may <br />be revised upon request of the permittee providing there is no exceedence of any specific <br />emission contrd regulation or eny ambient air quality standard.
