Written notification of opacity observation or monitor demonstrations shall be <br />submitted to the Division as required under § 60.7. <br />e. Compliance with opacity standards shall be demonstrated according to §60.11. <br />B. A Revised AV Pollutant Fanission Notice (APEN) shat be filed: (Reference: Reg. 3, Part A, II.C) <br />a. These limits may <br />be revised upon request of the permittee providing there is no exceedence of any specific <br />emission contrd regulation or eny ambient air quality standard. A revised a1r pollution emission <br />notice (APEN) and application form must be submitted with a request for a permit revision. <br />2) This source is subject io the Common Provisions Regulation Part It, Subpart E, Upset Conditions <br />and Breakdowns.
