All previous versions of this permit are canceled upon issuance of this permit <br />2. The particulate emission control measures listed on the attached page (as approved by the <br />Division) shall be applied to the particulate errrission producing sources as naau~ed by Regulation <br />No. 1, Section III.D,1.b. <br />3. Public access shall be precluded in all areas within the modeNng receptor exclusion zone as <br />submitted in the modeling with the application lot Modification #2. Three-strand barbed wire <br />fencing with'No Trespassing' signs shall be installed abng public access roads. For portions of <br />the boundaries where Bureau of Land Management has placed restriction on such fendrg, <br />adequate no trespassing signs shall be installed, and regular patrolling shall be conducted to <br />prevent putNte access. <br />4. This source is limited to the folbwing maximum number of hours of operation.
