(25-7-101 et s , TO THOSE GENERALTERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDED <br />IN THIS DOCUMENT AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. visible emtssbns shall not exceed twenty percent (z0°h) opacity during normal operation of the <br />source. During periods of startup, process modification, of adjushnent of conUol equipment <br />visible emissions shatl not exceed 30% opacity for more than six minutes 1n any sbcty consecutive <br />minutes. Opaaty shall be measured by EPA Metlwtl 9. (Reference: Regulation 1, Section <br />II.A.1.8 4.) <br />2. The pemtit number shall be marked on the subject equipment for ease of identification. <br />(Reference: Reg. 3, Part ti, IV.E) (State only enforceable) <br />3. This source is limited to the fallowing maximum number of hours of operation. A b9 shall b e <br />maintained on site listing the actual number of hours of operation per day, and sha0 be made <br />available upon request to the Division. Dally hours of operation shatl be totaled each month. <br />Hours of operation shall not exceed 20 hours per day. <br />4. Flntssions of air pollutants shall not exceed the folbWing limitations (as calwlated in the Division's <br />preliminary analysis). Compliance With the annual limits shall be determined on a rolling (12} <br />month total. By the end of each month a new twelve month total is calculated based on the <br />previous twelve months' data. The permit holder shall calculate nanthly emissions and keep a <br />compliance record on site for Division review.
