Surface fadlities for underground coal mine known as the M`Clane Canyon Mine boated 20
mites north of Loma on Highway 139, Garfield County, Colorado.
THE SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT ORACTNITY SUBJECT TO THIS PERMIT INCLUDES THE FOII.OWING:
Allis Chalmers 7 z 16 double deck Ripl-Fb screen, 600 ton perhour, serial number 837014.
THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE COLORADO AIR
> QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR POLLUTION PREVENTION AND
CONTROL ACT C.R.S. (25-7-101 et s , TO THOSE GENERALTERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDED
IN THIS DOCUMENT AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. visible emtssbns shall not exceed twenty percent (z0°h) opacity during normal operation of the
source. During periods of startup, process modification, of adjushnent of conUol equipment
visible emissions shatl not exceed 30% opacity for more than six minutes 1n any sbcty consecutive
minutes. Opaaty shall be measured by EPA Metlwtl 9. (Reference: Regulation 1, Section
II.A.1.8 4.)
2. The pemtit number shall be marked on the subject equipment for ease of identification.

3. This source is limited to the fallowing maximum number of hours of operation. A b9 shall b e
maintained on site listing the actual number of hours of operation per day, and sha0 be made
available upon request to the Division. Dally hours of operation shatl be totaled each month.
Hours of operation shall not exceed 20 hours per day.
4. Flntssions of air pollutants shall not exceed the folbWing limitations (as calwlated in the Division's
preliminary analysis). Compliance With the annual limits shall be determined on a rolling (12}
month total. By the end of each month a new twelve month total is calculated based on the
previous twelve months' data. The permit holder shall calculate nanthly emissions and keep a
compliance record on site for Division review. (Reference: Regulation 3, Part e, III.A4)
