water will not be required from the pit well, but the dredge water will
return to the pit well via the settling pond after the washing operation.
' Water requirements for reclamation purposes will be minimal, for.the
varieties of trees and species of grasses will 6e indigenous to the over-
' flow range site involved at the affected area. Water should be required
' only to establish the planting and to prevent desiccation. A potable
water system will not be installed for the operation, as the necessary
' domestic water for the two to four employees at the site will be dispensed
' from 5 gallon bottles.
' There are no water rights appurtenant to the affected area nor to
the remainder of the land owned by the Lessor.
