Samples shall not be used for mom than one (1) reporting period. <br />b/ The seven ('7) day average shall be determined by the arithmetic mean of all samples takes in a seven (7) day period. <br />Samples may aot be used for more rhea one (1) reporting period. <br />c/ This limitation shall be determined by a single sample or set of samples ae required by Part I.B.3, Sample Type. <br />d! Monitoring is required only during periods of diac}iarge. If ao disclarge occurs, tins shall be reported at the specified <br />frequency. (See Part I.D.3.) <br />e/ TDS monitoring is Daly required for facilities discharging in the Colorado River Basin. TDS may be measured as <br />electrical conductivity when a satisfactory correJatioa with TDS has bxa established based upon a minimum of five <br />(5) samples. Sce the individual Certification Rationale for a determination as to whether monitoring is required. <br />f/ Phosphorus monitoring is required only for facilities whicL discharge into the following drainage basins: Cherry Creek <br />basin, Chatfield Reservoir downstream of the USGS gage at Waterton and on Plum Creep, Dillon Reservoir basin (i.e., <br />• Tea Mile Creek, Snake River, Blue River, all tn'butaries to the Dillon Reservoir), and Bear Creek basis. See the <br />individual Certification Ratiomle for a derrrmination as to whether monitoring is required. <br />
