• of the leased premises without hindrance, and American Fuels shall not have the right to remove any of its property, machinery, tools, or supplies from the demised premises until any amounts due C&U or for which C&U is responsible, have been paid in full. c) Upon the termination of this lease, for any reason other than the reasons set forth in Paragraph 7.(b) above, American Fuels shall have the right, for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days thereafter, to remove through, from and under the leased prem- ises all property, machinery, equipment, tools or supplies theretofore installed by American Fuels on . the leased premise, 8. TAXES American Fuels shall pay all taxes arising out of the mining, removal and sale of coal and in addition American Fuels shall pay all taxes on the improvements erected, installed or used by it on the demised prem- ises. 9. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION American Fuels does hereby agree that it will make full disclosure unto C&U of all information obtained in its operations on the demised land, and particularly the logs of any drill holes that may be sunk upon the demised premises or any prospecting slopes that may be ,• driven. American Fuels will furnish to C&U on or before the twentieth (20th) day of each month during the continuance of this lease, in a form satisfactory ___ _ to C&U, a sworn report showing the amount of coal mined, removed and sold during the preceding month and set forth the tonnage computed in the manner set forth in Paragraph 2. herein.
