hereof which shall be deemed to have accrued <br />up to the date of termination, <br />b) In the event Ravenwood fails to pay to CF6I <br />the production royalty when due, or if there <br />is filed a petition for adjudication of <br />Ravenwood as a bankrupt or legal proceedings <br />are instituted in receivership, reorganization <br />or liquidation, or the making of an assignment <br />for the benefit of creditors or if Ravenwood <br />fails to comply with any term hereof, CF6I <br />shall give Ravenwood written notice by Certi- <br />fied Mail, Return Receipt Requested, of such <br />• alleged failure or default and if Ravenwood <br />shall not, within thirty (30) days after <br />actual receipt of such notice, have made <br />payment of any amounts due or shall not have <br />entered upon the correction of any other <br />actual defaults, CFbI, may, at its option, <br />terminate this lease by notifying Ravenwood of <br />such election in the manner aforesaid.
