HINZNG OPERATIONS <br />Ravenwood hereby covenants and agrees to conduct <br />its operations in a good and workmanlike manner in <br />order to recover as much of the merchantable coal <br />available in an area located between the coal <br />outcrop line and a point where the overburden <br />• reaches an overall height of eighty (BO) feet, in <br />keeping with good mining practice, and to conduct <br />its operations in such a manner as to prevent the <br />loss of merchantable coal. Ravenwood hereby <br />covenants and agrees that it will lay out its <br />workings in the demised premises in a manner in <br />keeping with current good mining practices, and <br />further agrees that it will use its best efforts <br />in good faith to comply with instructions as <br />requested by CFSZ's Director of Raw Hateria~ls <br />pertaining to development of the surface workings <br />for protection of creeks, highways, ditches, <br />canals, tunnels, railroads and other surface cZ G <br />improvements and other matters in accordance with <br />proper and safe mining practice.
