The new permit application requires reiteration of your March,
2000 approval, under the same conditions, except for the
following.
• The backslope of the finished excavation has been increased
to 2 : 1, and excavation shall be restricted to a 50-1 oot
setback from the property boundary. Only temporary topsoil
stockpiles shall be placed up to the boundary line, not
over it .
• The north permit boundary has been extended 620 feet north
to the section corner on Weimer Ranch property, thus
e extending the boundary between the operation and BLM Lands.
(The underground phone line mentioned in your letter will
not be affected since it lies south of the southwest corner
of the permit area and extends on southeasterly onto County
Airport lands . ) As before the boundary fence shall. be
relocated to its proper location on the boundary line.
1 We would appreciate your again signing your consent, in the •
space provided below, (or again by separate authorization
letter) to stockpile up to the boundary line, on Weimer
Ranches property for this temporary operation. The yellow
