There <br />aze no easemem holders. Also attached is the proof of publication from the liaxtun- <br />FlemingHerald newspaper. <br />2) Rule 6.2.1(2) General Requirements of Exhibits. The maps submitted by the <br />applicant must be signed by a registered land surveyor, professional engineer, or <br />other qualified person, and given the date prepared. <br />I prepared all the maps. Enclosed are copies of the original maps signed and dated. 1 <br />hold the position of Courriy Planner and do all of the maps for mining permits for the <br />county as well as private individuals when requested. <br />3} Rule 6.33 Exhibit C -Mining Plan. Please address the following items in the <br />mining plan: <br />• Please specify the estimated dates that mining will commence and end. <br />Mining will begin as soon as possible aRer the mining permit and its associated <br />paperwork is completed. Mr. Ensminger is using the pit for construction material <br />when required in his business. Many of his jobs never require material.
