Attached are the revised Exhdsit L and the Affidavit of Receipt by the County Board to the Clerk of the
response letter end the revised reclamation costs. I have addressed each ofyour wntmterrts left on my
voice mail July 8, 2004. The first request foz muhi-mobilization cost to be added to the wst estimate has
been added to the tables. The second w~oament peztained to the difference in the volwooe of overburden
for reclamation and the total volume of overburden material The reason for tote di$ereoce is the haul
road and the plant site shall be constructed using the overburden material and tbtere is not be a Hoed to
relocate the overburden material usod for the road and plain site. The third eornor-ent addressed a cost for
ripping shale. There is no intent on excavating shale for the excavation is not going to be that deep and
testing bas indicated that shale is rwt pzesemt v the limits of the proposed operation. "The final
