Cultivated flat meadowland bordering <br />the site to the west which has been cultivated, irrigated, <br />seeded to grass and fertilized has a carrying capacity <br />of 2 cows per acre. <br />This information was obtained from the owner who has <br />used this land as rangeland for more than 50 years. <br />E.
