Exhibits B & C - Index Map, Pre-mining map and Mining Plan Maps <br />1. These maps were delivered to your office 10-23-79. <br />B. Exhibit D - Mining Plan <br />1. Approximately 2" of topsoil exist and will be removed <br />and stockpiled on site. <br />2. On this site no overburden exists. All material with the <br />exception of topsoil will be processed on site or <br />sold as pit run. <br />3. Topsoil stockpiles will be located on site on higher <br />elevation and on each side of working face <br />4. Some gravel will be processed on site. <br />5. Gravel will be mined to a maximum depth of 60-70:. We <br />are presently working at a depth of 60'. <br />6. Mining operation will stop before reaching the <br />water table. Water table is approximately 20' below <br />the elevation we are currently working, <br />C. Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />1. The grass seed mix to be planted is a mixture recommended <br />by the U. S. Forest Service, Fraser Experimental Forest, <br />and has been used previously by this company with great <br />success. <br />The U.S.D.A, Soil Conservation Service recommends that <br />15 lbs. of seed by used per acre however, 20 lbs per <br />acre will be used following Forest Service recommen- <br />dations. <br />
