<br /> <br />The McCormick property was surrounded by gravel pits prior to the purchase of then property. <br />They have also conducted mining on their property bordering Colorado Gravel Products Inc. <br />proposed mining azea. We hope that you will accept this application without letting this objection <br />postpone this application any longer. We aze currently in compliance with all rules and regulations <br />set forth by Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology and the Colorado Department of Public <br />Health and Environment on the property owned by Kenny D. and Dana K. Smith and permitted <br />by Center Redi Mix Inc. mine # M-86-135. On our proposed mine azea, we have planted all the <br />trees and grass that the Planning Committee stipulated for our change of use permit.
