Yost of <br />this area also has no topsoil as it is sandy alluvial land <br />surface material. It does support some sparse vegetation, but <br />the soils consultant retained to complete the vegetation <br />inventory did not feel there was enough surface materiacl to <br />worry about stripping and storage. The access road to the permit are.^. r:u:s <br />from this road and also provides access to a barn on the s.este^;: <br />portion of the property. 1'he barn is more than 2UU' from the <br />permit area, and no structures except fencing is within 'l U0' of the <br />permit area. <br />
