Section 810.2 (a) Continued. <br />• <br />a condition of employment at Kerr Coal, are required to understand <br />and obey all safety rules. For the protection of mine visitors, <br />all visitors are required to check into the mine office before <br />entering the mine area. <br />Kerr Coal further prides itself in compliance with the multitude of <br />state and federal laws enacted to protect the health and general <br />welfare of the public such as state or federal clean air and clear <br />water legislation. <br />(b) Maximum use and conservation of the solid fuel resource being <br />recovered so that reaffecting the land through future surface coal <br />mining operations can be minimized; <br />C1 <br />Within the limits of Federal Lease C-22777, the mine plan proposed <br />by Kerr Coal was engineered for the maximum use and conservation of <br />the coal resource so that reaffecting the land through future <br />surface coal mining will be minimized.
