METHOD OF OPERATION (cont.) <br />', The pit will be operated annually on an <br /> "as needed basis" when demand for road material <br />' is present:. Operation will consist of a screen- <br /> ing plant, crusher, front end loader and dump <br /> trucks. Materials produced will be stockpiled <br /> (Exhibit A) for road use and when the stockpile <br /> is depleted the extraction operation will begin <br /> again. After the necessary amount of material <br />~ ~ has been produced the mining equipment will be <br /> removed from the site except for a front end <br /> loader. <br /> B. Haul Road: <br /> There is an existing road in the area that will <br /> serve as a haul road, with a very minor surface re- <br />' working required to make it useable for the site , <br />i operation. <br /> <br /> C. Water Situation: <br /> (1). No water will be required for the site <br /> operation. <br />' (2).
