However, due to the presence of domestic wastewater in the discharge as <br />well as surface runoff, additional parameters are also limited. Some of the <br />~ limitations in Table 3 are specifically applicable to the WWTF only. But, <br />because the two sources are commingled, limitations must be effective for the <br />total combined discharge (except for flow). All limited parameters will be <br />monitored at the final outfall, with the exception of flow, which shall also <br />be monitored at the WWTF outflow. (See Discussion, Paragraph C.) <br />
