Frequency and Sample Type <br />In order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or non- <br />compliance with the effluent limitations specified in Part 1.A, the <br />permittee shall monitor all effluent parameters at the following <br />frequencies: <br />(a) Discharge Points 002, 003 and 005 <br />Effluent Parameter Measurement Frequency d/ Sample Type e/ <br />Flow, MGD Weekly Instantaneous <br />or Continuous <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/1 Monthly Grab <br />Total Iron, mg/1 Monthly Grab <br />011 and Grease, mg/1 f/ Weekly Visual or Grab <br />pH, s.u. Weekly Grab <br />Settleable Solids, ml/1 ~/ Monthly* Grab <br />• Reporting of the above data shall be on a quarterly basis. Refer to <br />Part I.D.2 for specific requirements. Should a precipitation event or <br />snowmelt occur, the permittee shall submit proof in order for an <br />exemption (at 003 only) to be claimed. Said proof shall be submitted <br />as an attachment to the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the <br />appropriate period. <br />Sampling for compliance with the monitoring requirements specified <br />above shall be performed at the following locations: discharge points <br />002, 003 and 005, as shown in Figure 1. <br />Monitoring by the Division for the purpose of compliance and/or <br />enforcement of the effluent limitations shall be performed as per <br />"Sample Type" specified above. <br />'Applicable to 003 only <br />See Part I.C. for Footnotes. <br />Code: i - 9 Date: 9 - 84 <br />• Amended ~ a/a ~ /~~ <br />
