The final end land use is not to be considered wildlife use or habitat. Landowner does not want to tempt trepasser hunting on his land. Establishing ponds is the only feasible reclamation plan due to the high water table and lack of overburden. 5. Cottonwood trees within the 100 foot setback of the St. Vrain Creek should not be affected by the dewatering operation. To insure no damage occurs, the setback area will be flood 1 irrigated when mining comes within 100 fe t of the proposed pond shoreline or 200 feet from the . Vrain Creek. \� Discharged water from the dewatering operation will be piped or transported by other means to the setback area. Continuous or periodic watering will take place while mining within 100 feet of the setback area. In either case, water will be available to the root systems through flood irrigating to insure the dewatering operation does not deplete the available water to the root system. The 100 foot setback from St. Vrain Creek will remain undisturbed during watering, with the exception of minimal disturbance near the shoreline, mainly during reclamation, as stated. 6. Irregular shaped shorelines will be maximized and the mining and reclamation plan maps approximate the irregularities and shorelines to be established.
