Determination of the amount of money for bond <br /> reduction can be made at that time. <br /> A portion of the money available for release may be <br /> transferred for bonding of the amendment financial warranty. <br /> If the operator chooses to begin mining immediately upon <br /> permit approval, the bond may be directly posted before <br /> mining commences. <br /> {/2. Operator concurs with the reclamation cost of $7,300.00 - 7.3 <br /> acres of disturbance @ $1 ,000.00 per acre. <br /> 3.
