Determination of the amount of money for bond <br /> reduction can be made at that time. <br /> A portion of the money available for release may be <br /> transferred for bonding of the amendment financial warranty. <br /> If the operator chooses to begin mining immediately upon <br /> permit approval, the bond may be directly posted before <br /> mining commences. <br /> {/2. Operator concurs with the reclamation cost of $7,300.00 - 7.3 <br /> acres of disturbance @ $1 ,000.00 per acre. <br /> 3. Ther be some temporary stockpiling alon the sho �� <br /> There will be a 1 0o se ac rom e St. Vrain Creek to <br /> the top of the shoreline - where the 3H:1V slope begins. <br /> jJ There will be no mining within this 100 foot setback. The <br /> "�bclamation costs include 50 feet of minimal disturbance/ <br /> shoreline revegetation, from the top of the expected water <br /> level back toward the creek.
