Southwest of U.S. Hlry 141 and the Gunnison River, known as Whitewater <br />Pit 500, <br />were presented to tiie N,esa Oc.u,ty PlanninE Commission June 15, 1976 azld the <br />1?esa Co.mty Commissioners dare 22, 1976. <br />' The [?esa County Commissioners approved the Conditional Uses as proposed <br />subject to compliance with state permit requirements and that all docua,ents <br />submitted to the state £cr such approval be submitted to this office. <br />' In addition to the above stipulation the board added a stipulation to the <br />Egger Pit 50i, spproval is also subject to the improvement of your haulage <br />' road as specified in the Planning Commission Meeting of June 15, 1976 by <br />T~Lr.
