<br />TITLE III LIST OF LISTS <br />Consolidated List of Chemicals Subject to the Emergency Planning and <br />Community Right-to-Know Act I EPCRA) and Section l l2(r) of the Clean Air Act, as Amended <br />This consolidated chemical list includes chemicals subject to reporting requirements under Title <br />III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (SARA)', also known as the <br />Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRr\l, and chemtcals listed under section <br />112(r) of Title III o(the Clean :\tr Act IG\A1 of 1990, as amended. This consolidated list has been <br />prepared to help firms handhne chemicals determine whether they need to wbmit reports under sections <br />302, 304, or 313 of SARA Title III (EPCRA) and, for a specific chemical. what reports may need to be <br />submitted. It also will also help firms determine whether they will be subject to accident preventtnn <br />regulations under CAA secuon 112(r). Separate lists arc also provided of Resource Conservation and <br />Recovery Act IRCRA) waste streams and unlisted hazardous wastes, and ut radwnuclides reportable <br />under the Comprehensive Em•ironmental Response.
