Lafarge shell reimburse the Ditch Company (or pay directly) for the Following <br />wets and expenses: all reasonable attaraeys' fees incutrsd by the Ditch Company in <br />preparing, approving and enforcing this ,A,gteemeat; all reasonable engineers' fees <br />incurred by the Ditch Company reviewing the Plans and inspecting the Installations; and <br />all costs associated with billing and collecting these amounts far the Ditch Company. <br />9:2: Casts cJtargcable to Lafarge shall be paid within thirty (3D) days of the billing <br />date. LIABT.C.ITY AND 1ND~MNIFICA'TION. <br />10.1.
