Pursuant to the regulations of the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, we are sending
you this letter and accompanying public notice is which been published in the Steamboat Ailot
newspaper to notify you as an adjacent property owner of a utility easement, of the intentions of
Luke J. Tellier and Johnson Excavation, Inc. to ope:, a gravel pit adjacent to your buried fiber
optic and telephone line easement on Routt County Road # 33A, approximately 6 miles west of
the center of downtown S[eamboa[ Springs, Routt County, Colorado.
If you have any questions regarding this Permit Application, you can view a complete copy, in
the office of the Routt County Clerk in the Routt County Court House, located at 522 Lincoln
Avenue, Steamboat Springs. Written comments must be received within 41 days after your
receipt of this letter and can be submitted to the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology at
the address on the enclosed Public Notice.
