purposes of filing. Pursuant to Rule 1.4.2(3), DMG decision date for the application is
10/25/99.
DMG review of the application has identified the following adequacy issues. Please be

ADEQUACY ISSUES
1. Proof of Notice DMG has received proof of application copy to the county Clerk
or Recorder, as required by Rule 1.6.2(1-Ic), and proof of mailing notice (Certified
mail whi receipt) to the Board of Supervisors of the local soil conservation district
and the Board of County Commissioners, as required by Rule 1.6.2(1-(al. However,
DMG records do not verify proof of mailing notice to all owners of record of surface
rights (BLM) of affected lands and lands within 200' of the permit boundary, as
required by Rule 1.6.2(1)(e). Additionally, DMG records do not verify proof of
notice (Certified mail green receipt) for notices to the Board of Supervisors of the
local soil conservation district, Board of County Commissioners and BLM.
