Please show the details related to the dewatering trench in including such things as the <br />sump azea, and pipeline to the discharge point. Note the location of any significant, valuable, and permanent man-made structures <br />within two hundred (200) feet of the affected area. Does the Idaho Creek Resources mine have a well permit and is that located within 600 <br />feet of the proposed mine? Please consider that Idaho Creek <br />Resources mine post-mine land use is recreation with a lake covering much of the <br />site. <br />4. Please show any adjacent mine sites on one of the maps. Please provide the <br />Division with information on the owner/operator of this well. The map does not <br />show the location of the associated pipeline.
