The decision date <br />for your application is scheduled for December 12, 2006. Therefore, I would appreciate a response <br />to these comments from you as soon as possible. Please be advised that your reclamation permit <br />application maybe deemed inadequate and will be denied on December 11, 2006 unless the <br />following adequacy review items are addressed to the satisfaction of the Division. If the existing roads are significantly upgraded for <br />the purposes of accessing the proposed mine site, they will need to be included in the <br />permitted area.
