DMG regulations require that a letter of review <br />from the Division of Wildlife be submitted prior to approval of <br />' the DMG Notice of Intent. The purpose being to allow for the <br />inclusion of any pertinent stipulations to the drilling program. <br />' If you or one of your staff would review the proposed program, <br />and return a letter outlining and comments or concerns to my <br />attention prior to February 19, it would much appreciated. <br />1 Please feel free to call me with any questions or comments at <br />(970) 879-8398.
